The Present

We are developing a（1）PI Coater System（oriented film coating machine for large LCD panels）and a（2）Prebake System as a liquid crystal manufacturing system for the FPD sector. We have received a particularly large number of orders for the PI Coater System from major liquid crystal panel manufacturers. This system uses new ink-jet technology instead of conventional printing methods, and we have received enquiries from numerous liquid crystal manufacturers. At present, we are further improving and developing the system to meet the needs of our customers.

Going Forward

Core technology: We’re conducting research and development that will enable horizontal expansion in ink-jet devices, by applying the technology used in ink-jet heads (film-forming and pattern dot technology). Moreover, we plan to work with product manufacturers, jet material makers, and makers of point-of-impact materials to apply this core technology in process devices for industrial use, and we plan to conduct research in a series of Coater Systems and Bake Systems as well.
