In recent years, the FPD sector has been experiencing startling growth. Large-scale products and higher quality have become crucial elements, and user expectations in terms of new technology are growing almost on a daily basis. At Ishii Hyoki, we are constantly engaged in the research and development of new processes that we can bring to the sector.

[1] Liquid Crystal

We develop and release ink-jet oriented film coating and prebake machines. In the past, we developed and released cell-edge polishing machines.

[2] Organic EL

We are currently researching new process devices for the Organic EL manufacturing process.

[3] PDP

We are currently researching new process devices for the PDP manufacturing process.

-2- Solar power generation

We're currently engaged in the research and development of various manufacturing equipment necessary for silicon wafer slicing operations, as peripheral devices for multi-wire saws that have already been developed.

We are currently researching new methods for the semiconductor manufacturing process.
