This Inkjet PI Coater System was developed using Ishii Hyoki’s unique technology. We have succeeded in developing a high-quality, stable machine that uses unique inkjet technology instead of the traditional relief printing method. Our originality and creativity can be seen in all aspects of this machine: the head movement system, the one-pass coating, the non-contact wiping system, the automatic film unevenness adjustment system and the high precision linear motor.
