Water Rinse/Dryer for extremely-thin panels (applicable to Flexible panels)

IVD-700

It is Water Rinse/Dryer for extremely-thin panels applicable to Flexible panels.
A panel coming-in horizontally is conveyed vertically, cleaned with water in this position.
It is then lifted up vertically while air squeegee removes water and is put back in a horizontal position for complete drying with hot air.

Features

• It cleans and dries PCB (Rigid panels, Flexible panels) of 0.084mm and below thickness.
• Vertical conveyor system eliminates puddle and improves removal of water, which results in improvement of efficiency in cleaning and drying.
• Our unique technology of non-contact drying structure is applied.
• Water rinse tank is built-in.
