We can provide for the each shape based on the design even for two dimentiomal(2D) or three dimentional(3D), like a cover lense for car navigation, installment panel and interior parts of the car. We support starting from sample making to mass production, also as well as consistency of proposal to development/design/production/quality assurance.
3D cover lense molding
This is the 3D cover lense combined bezel and lense. We coat the new optical development(AG/AR/AF) to the film which could also coat to three dimentional shape, and maintain ｔｈｅ optical and molding performance. This IML product has the insert molding after trimming process and design printing at the backside of film.
2D cover lense
This flat type is pasting the optical film to hard plate. This product has an external router processing after design printing to the backside of hard plate and pasting the optical film.
