Large burrs on the surface of the product are first removed by grinding wheels, before side burrs are removed via vertical brushing, resulting in consistent deburring with a smooth-edge finish.
As the brush touch direction is constantly varied throughout the passage of the product through the machine, the resultant finish has no directional grain, removing discrepancies caused by surface roughness directionality.
In addition, these machines are also able to remove burrs from work materials with complex shapes, such as gears.
The conveyor mechanism utilizes a characteristic belt system which absorbs protrusions, and also utilizes magnetic conveying, making it possible to perform deburring treatment on small and uneven work with protrusions.
As it is possible to adjust brush position and effective bristle length in the event that the vertical brushes become worn down, brush rigidity can be maintained to ensure consistent deburring conditions. With these machines, consistent quality can be achieved throughout their operating life.
It is also possible to conduct double-sided processing by using two of these deburring machines in conjunction with a work material turnover mechanism. Demagnetizing, rinsing and drying units can also be incorporated to produce a unified production line.
