These units are ideal for deburring/brushing following fine blanking treatment, and keep brake pads and other work materials with protrusions on the reverse stabilized by utilizing a characteristic absorbent belt. Small-size work materials are conveyed using magnets, allowing for thorough deburring treatment. From deburring to drying, there is no need to worry about work materials becoming displaced or falling off the belt.
Surface burrs are first removed via ceramic wheels, before the surface is finished by using brushes to remove side burrs. After deburring, the work material is demagnetized.
The treatment uses alkaline cleaning liquid and an anti-rust solution, and a continuous series of processes can be operated at high speeds to cover deburring, demagnetizing, degreasing, anti-rust treatment and drying processes.
Compared to belt deburring, barrel deburring and other methods, the running cost is relatively low and maintenance is simple, reducing downtime.
