As well as applications in general pre-treatment processing in printed circuit board manufacturing, the machines can also be used for hole-plugging ink removal deburring and resin deburring processes, as they have a highly rigid frame suitable for heavy grinding, which makes them ideal machines for deburring build-up and package circuit boards.
The driving sections are all located on the exterior of the main unit frame for operational ease, and are also easy to maintain, with simple conveyor roller replacement.
