MACHINERY
These machines remove the surface dust that arises during the firing stage of ceramic circuit board production. Using our original slurry pumps and nozzles, the abrasive is sprayed onto the surface at high pressure, completely removing the surface of dust.
As water rinse/drying mechanisms are incorporated into the machinery, post-scrubbing rinsing and drying can be implemented in a single unit. In addition, it is also possible to combine the units with automated loaders and exit conveyors, making it possible to operate the series of treatments automatically by simply placing the work material in the loaders.
