By switching from conventional bancord methods to roller-based conveying, we have achieved stabilized conveying and processing for a range of thin to thick circuit boards.
The machines are carefully designed to make the most effective use of their ultrasonic functions, by adjusting component positions from the oscillators to the pass lines, and optimizing roller positions.
These machines provide effective cleaning of circuit board treated surface and the inside of through-holes, without damaging the work material.
Cavitation reinforcement pumps remove dissolved oxygen from the water, and the ultrasonic capabilities are used even more effectively by keeping the water at the ideal temperature.
As the conveyor rolls are all inserted from above, they can be easily detached, and the oscillators are also easy to replace. The squeegee rolls can be dismantled to allow for easy removal up out of the system, and the water level is unaffected by the conveying of thicker boards into the machine.
